After 16 years working as an engineer turned project manager in construction, I decided to try my hand at being a business owner. Now, a few years on, I've built a team of fantastic people, that have helped us become a multi-regional (award winning) business with offices across NZ (I like to think through good leadership rather than luck!).I'm all about personal and professional development, health and fitness, putting myself in uncomfortable environments and I'm a sucker for a good inspirational quote.More recently I've entered into the World of digital technology specifically for the purpose of enhancing the construction industry within Australia and NZ. I believe digital technology is the key to increasing the productivity and wellbeing of the industry enabling more to be done, for less, while drastically improving the industries dreadful health and wellbeing. Why, because as David Goggins put it best: 'There has to be somebody in every family, neighbourhood, culture, nation, and generation who breaks the mould and changes the way others think about society and their place in it.
