Dan Brown has been in the entertainment industry for the past 25 years. He attended the University of the Art in Philadelphia graduating with a BFA in Painting and Drawing. Daniel started out in small shops in the Philadelphia and the Tri State Area in 1994. Later moving out to Los Angeles working for George and Goldberg Design Associates as the Art Department Manager later moving into Project Management and Operations. After 11 years, Daniel returned to New York City working in multiple Scenic Shop in Brooklyn, New York Mahattanhan, Upstate New York, Jersey City working as a Scenic Charge, leading multiple projects to success.Daniel began working for staging companies and award shows. Connecting with multiple high end fabrication shops as the Scenic Paint Manager , estimating, design and project management for Disney Projects, Traveling Concert Tours, Themed Environments and Special Projects under Government Contracts.Daniel has always been involved from the conceptual design, build approaches and methods, through the build | fabrication, to the final installation. On the backend Daniel is experienced with working with large or tight budgets and meeting at sometimes “unrealistic deadlines.” Tracking and providing Clients with daily updates on budgets revisions, change orders, daily progress, build schedules | Install schedules, trucking information and providing close out documentation.
