Work to better equip community members seeking to get more out of their outdoor experiences, especially on two wheels.

-Served as case manager for up to 20 individuals experiencing homelessness at any given time.-Went out into the community to find those experiencing homelessness and connect them with available local resources-Advocated with local organizations and resources on behalf of those experiencing homelessness-Worked on behalf of those experiencing homelessness towards obtaining long term, permanent housing-Listened to, counseled, and de-escalated those experiencing homelessness when the occasion called for it-Reached out, implemented, and organized new connections and strategies with local businesses and organizations to find creative ways to better serve the homeless in the Holland community-Served as a sounding board and safe space for my teammates in processing the difficult work we did

• Led and trained student leaders for campus Bible studies; co-led a weekly Bible study with a student leader.• Regularly met with and counseled various students over the course of the semester.• Attended weekly staff and prayer meetings with a particular emphasis on listening to andlearning from the campus ministries staff.• Met with each of the 11 campus ministries team members to discuss their understanding of their role on the team as well as the role of campus ministries in general at Hope College.

•Met with, encouraged, mentored, and discipled young adults.• Attended and contributed to staff meetings with the understanding that these were opportunities for the church staff to learn and grow together as a team.• Planned and organized outreaches for the young adults group.

• Worked with people of more than a dozen different nationalities while organizing weekly outreaches and teaching for teams of youth from Canada and U.S., often coordinating with other local ministries• Trained and led Mission Adventures staff (18-24 year-olds) to lead Mission Adventures teams.• Made and kept program budget.• Coordinated with and hosted guest speakers and teachers for each week of Mission Adventures.

• Worked with people of over 30 different nationalities while organizing and coordinating speakers and teachers for the classroom and outreach locations and planned 3 month missionary outreach placements.• Trained, led, and discipled school staff and students locally and internationally in five different countries.• Planned and organized budget for classroom portion of the school, and helped other school staff do the same for outreach.
