This is all held on a secure website to protect this confidential information from the general public.As well as field support we Project Manage smaller or niche projects that require a more in depth technical aspect than that of our standard projects. These are generally where a customer is trialling a new concept or we are working with a new technology for example. This not only allows us to learn about the new tech but also gives us the opportunity to pass that knowledge on to our team for future works.I have also been involved in the implementation of our companies new ERP Software. My understanding & experience within the field service side of the business has aided the process & I am still heavily involved in the running & training for the new system.
