Handled all project due diligence compilations and submissions to Lloyd’s Underwriters for pre-approval and later submission to lenders for funding. Staff was located in the United States numbering 23 people and my department was overseeing initial project intake on a global basis. The company developed a position to cultivate new business relationships with broker/builder affiliates and I was selected for that position. Designed and developed new and innovative ways to help bring new business to America First through a network of business partners. I became active with associations and different organizations that were important to the affiliates. As a member of these associations, I was also challenged to organize and manage many different kinds of activities. I developed new and innovative ways to increase fund raising money and involvement from the members of the associations.
