Acquired by Magiinet/NTT Docomo in 2006.As CEO and President I was initially challenged to turn around an unfocused, ineffective operation and build it into a world-class company. Identified company’s most promising technologies, then reengineered Nomadix to focus on and achieve a new mission. Developed and introduced new products ahead of schedule and expanded market share from 0 to 30% in first year. Had full profit and loss, budgeting, and strategic planning responsibility for entire organization. Teamed with CFO to build shareholder base and manage shareholder relationships. Raised more than $26 million in three rounds of venture financing. Venture funding sources included Intel Capital, Smart Technology Ventures, Robertson Stephens, and Roth Capital Partners. Managed acquisition negotiations with Tut Systems, Lucent and Cisco Systems.

Assumed additional responsibility for non-financial aspects of the Company including business development and operations. Successfully built organization and managed explosive growth, both internally and through acquisition, while at the same time obtaining substantial amounts of capital in two public offerings and establishing International operations. Had P&L responsibility and handled investor relations during entire tenure.
