Lead the Property Management team for Santee Cooper with responsibility for the company's developed and undeveloped properties as well as land acquisition. This includes:- All aspects for the planning, development, marketing and sale of remaining sites within Camp Hall the +/- 6400 acre commerce park which is the site of Volvo's new North American plant.- Leading the evaluation, management, planning, development, sales and leasing of approximately 26,000 acres of company-owned properties throughout South Carolina as well as the leasing of residential and commercial property around Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion.- Land acquisition responsibility entails meeting the company's real estate needs through acquiring sites, rights of way and easements.

Fernandina Beach, Florida

Lead Rayonier's strategy and execution for Unimproved Development through identifying, assessing, planning, seeking entitlements and public private partnerships, marketing and sales of undeveloped tracts to end users. Typical end users include but are not limited to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional segments. Work closely with forest resources and timber operations, minerals, renewable energy and other business segments within Rayonier. Also lead the company's economic development activities to facilitate job creation and capital investment in the communities where Rayonier operates. Recently lead the assessment of 1.4 million acres for advancing to market 35 tracts totaling over 60,000 acres in Georgia, Florida, Louisiana and Texas. Currently launching a site specific strategy for each parcel as well as ongoing entitlement efforts.

Nassau County, Florida

As General Manager responsible for the entitlement, business planning, development, marketing and sales of the new 2900 acre mixed use community of Wildlight. Phase one includes a new elementary school built in a public private partnership, a YMCA, regional park, two new corporate headquarters, 400,000 s.f. of retail, hospitality, 300 apartments and 600 single family homes. Development commenced December 2015. Initiated sales to builders and in coordination with two brokerage firms the marketing of parcels. Managed the land development team for the production of lots and parcels. Served as the company's lead for economic development in Nassau County including for the Crawford Diamond Industrial Park mega site and the Wildlight Commerce Park. Led the identification, feasibility analysis, planning, entitlement, marketing and sales of undeveloped tracts to builders.

Responsible as General Manager for Rayonier's strategic development projects in Florida and Georgia totaling 40,000 acres. Overall responsibility for Atlanta's largest planned community developer with five communities located throughout the Greater Atlanta area. Home sales, lot sales and development totaled over 700 units annually with Summergrove in Newnan, Ga. achieving 300 units annually. Positioned and managed the marketing, sales, development, community association and builder teams to create the top performing community within each of their respective sub markets. Day to day responsibility for managing a builder team of over 20 builders delivering over 600 houses annually, lot sales, land development and land acquisition.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area
