- Contributes to accident free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations.- Directs and assist staff providing clear expectations of the production needs.- Maintains quality standards for WIP.- Maintains 6S initiatives and raw material staging.- Works collaboratively with safety, quality, and maintenance removing obstacles and improving communications with the team.

- Monitor flow of volume into the operation and balance staffing accordingly.- Monitor employee production and efficient sorting of smalls. Daily audits and timings to ensure standards are being met by each employee.- Complete weekly safe assessments, weekly safety alerts, and monthly safety training bulletins, ensuring all staff are compliant with all safety policies and procedures.- Responsible for training, completing records, evaluating/disciplining employee performance, termination of employment and evaluating staffing requirements.- Conduct staff meetings daily reviewing relevant issues and performance.- Proficient in Kronos and daily timekeeping of 65+ employees.

- Monitor employee production and efficient sorting of letters and small packages.- Responsible for hiring, training, completing records, production audits, evaluating/disciplining employee performance, termination of employment and evaluating staffing requirements.- Conduct staff meetings daily reviewing relevant issues and performance.- Meet and exceed daily deadlines in a time-sensitive operation.- Maintain daily inventory for the automated sort system ensuring adequate supplies are available for ops and all materials are accounted for and logged daily.
