Manager, Telecommunication and Call Center Architecture and Technology for the IBM Personal Systems Division. Responsible for the planning, design and ongoing operations of the world wide Call Center Infrastructure across the 15 billion dollar division. Implemented a follow the sun call center strategy enabling calls to flow to the best available resource regardless of where they were in the world. Integrated multiple Call Centers across the US, Canada, Europe and SA with interflow and integrated CTI. Implemented Call Centers systems in China, Japan and Australia to su[port consolidation across ASIA Pacific. Managed 15 million budget with 15 direct reports as well as vendor relationships for network and premise providers. Worked with corporate to establish a Corporate Call Center strategy and helped other divisions achieve our standards. I worked with an outstanding team in the PC Company and we were able to Lower Costs and Improve Service. During that time the PC Company was the number one vendor for Customer Support,

Voice Data Engineer and Office Automation Sales. Planned, designed and sold Integrated telephony and data networks and systems. Sold some of the first PhoneMail systems and Integrated Voice Data workstations. Implemented the first Beta for Coax elimination for 3270 devices in NYC. Designed Telephone systems and private Telephony networks for numerous Customers throughout the region including GM, Sprint, Western Electric, Kidder Peabody, Brooks Brothers, Daily News, Columbia University, IFF, Con Ed, Readers Digest, Estee Lauder to name a few.
