Growing up in an agricultural family, I've developed a strong foundation in agriculture and equipment sales. For over 20 years, I've thrived in roles including Territory Sales Manager, Manufacturer Representative, and Marketing Specialist for agricultural equipment manufacturers. My background also extends to construction as a licensed building contractor, with hands-on experience across various building trades.My experience in production and manufacturing spans both food production and industrial manufacturing. I have supervised teams of up to 300 people in both union and non-union environments and am trained in continuous process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.I hold an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, and my core competencies include accounting, business administration, production, and sales. My expertise also spans advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Access, particularly in building and managing databases.I believe my comprehensive skill set and leadership qualities drive my success. Whether in sales or manufacturing, my goal is to deliver excellence and foster growth. I've been fortunate to share this journey with my wife of 30 years and our three wonderful sons.
