We can connect on whichever platform your young person is most comfortable with.We’re based in Lincoln, but, as sessions are online, we provide them all over the world. We work with many UK local authorities as an approved provision, plus many schools, specialist provisions, NHS, BAFTA, Media Molecule, Red Balloon. We also support young people in the US, Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe.Our mentors are very experienced and trained in working with autistic young people and other conditions such as adhd, anxiety, trauma, ptsd and pda.Through positive, non-judgemental social interaction, tuition and play, we aim to provide the right support for their individual needs, whilst also providing an educational benefit through furthering skills in gaming, and game design.The sessions can range from playing together in Minecraft, Fortnite, Roblox and other games, to learning Java, hosting a server, modding, creating games in Roblox Studio and Dreams, coding games in Python and Lua, video editing, animation, using Scratch, modelling in Blender, becoming trained and certified as a junior programmer in Unity and helping towards further education and employment.The future is becoming increasingly digital and it is a world in which young people increasingly feel at home. I run Digital Jam which provides game design and coding sessions in school and privately in my awesome gaming van, plus I also provide gaming parties around Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. I run after school clubs for children to learn lots of aspects of game design from Minecraft to Unity.

I ran Jam Music for 15 years providing music lessons in primary and secondary schools. I employed a team of fantastic music tutors and also taught Guitar and Drums myself in various schools around Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. I taught the youngest ever Grade 8 rock guitarist (she was 10!) and was featured on BBC 1 and in the national press. I also ran after school guitar clubs with up to 30 children and often performed rocking assemblies with my students!

I have been involved in music all my life, performing in many bands. The Moth Lantern is my most successful project - starting off as a singer songwriter and eventually forming a band I was featured on Radio 1 and Channel 4, released singles and albums and had two record deals. We performed at festivals and venues around the country with the pinnacle being the 2012 Olympic Games. I reached the semi finals of the UK Songwriting Contest. I was a senior graphic designer at the School Planner company for almost 10 years, as well as designing and creating many products for the education sector, my work also involved running a team of designers, liaising with customers and suppliers and designing and maintaining the company website which I won a website of the month award for.

I was a salesperson for two years at Softalk computer shop. We sold PCs, software and hardware. My role included advising customers, selling products and general shop management.
