Prior to joining the Lucidity Software team, I worked as a Systems Administrator and Team Leader championing the adoption of Lucidity within an Organisation in the heritage light-rail industry. In joining the Lucidity Software team, I’ve brought with me extensive experience in the real-world application and use cases of Lucidity for regulatory compliance and accreditation management. I work closely with our Clients right through the implementation of their instance of Lucidity providing clear instruction in the use of the software, guidance on recommended best practice and coordinate special requests needed for the clients’ particular use case. Primary responsibilities include: • Liaise and build positive relationships with Clients through regular meetings throughout the implementation process• Provide Clients with the tools and knowledge needed to champion the adoption of Lucidity within their own Organisations• Provide support to Clients, include assisting with fault-finding and escalation to development for larger issues

In this position, I led a team of 38 Volunteers and Employees to deliver Bendigo's premier Tourist Talking Tram service. On any given day I coordinated the accreditation and compliance required to meet safety and regulatory standards in line with the Rail Safety Operations Act and Regulations. In addition to my core Team Leader duties, I was also responsible for Systems Administration, Internal Auditing, management of governance and compliance systems and championing our operational HSEQ management software, Lucidity.
