London North Studios is a 180,000 sq ft Film and TV studios located in Mill Hill, London. Previously home to the Jehovah’s Witnesses HQ, we repurposed the asset with very limited Capex. Since launching in June 2021, the six studios, offices and ancillary spaces have hosted some of the biggest names in Film and TV production. It is also home to a community of local SME's and hosts a broad range of events.

Purpose Group repurposed over 600,000 sq ft of vacant commercial property across London. Mainly delivering affordable workspace to the creative industries, we also operated managed offices, event spaces and cafés, and housed gyms, climbing walls and fashion houses together some of the coolest creative businesses and individuals London has to offer. I exited the business in November 2022.

Shapes was a 1,000 capacity, multi-purpose events space in Hackney Wick housed in a 12,000 square foot former printing press. The previously tired and vacant site was transformed through our twenty resident musicians working in our dedicated music studios and the variety of events we produced in our 5,000 square foot events space. Shapes was not only a cultural success but was also a very profitable venture from start to finish.
