Worked with a team to manage the network and resolve incidents at over 20 plant locations across North and South America. Gained valuable experience in working with Cisco and Fortinet routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless LAN controllers, as well as the centralized management of these devices with tools such as Solarwinds and FortiManager.

Worked with the owner of the web tool Translation Networks and a team of two other developers to redesign the site’s user interface and bring the site in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Level A requirements.

Performed held desk tasks using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, as well as assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding. Gained valuable experience in troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as an improved understanding of process management.
