Manage the complete Test & Evaluation process for Knight Vision. This includes an inventory of over $2,000,000 worth of demonstration equipment. Manage the entire RMA process from beginning to end. This includes contact with our customers, coordinating with repair personnel, and tracking the process. Responds to customers in timely and professional manner. Demonstrates discretion, courtesy and tact in interactions with both internal and external customers.Collect, maintain, and track employees leave requests. Track employees 40 hour work week times to reduce overtime expenditures. Purchase and inventory chemicals. Coordinate with the Health & Safety Manager to make sure all chemicals have the correct safety labels and remain compliant with their expiration dates. Organize and maintain over 15,000 files of information related to our products. Maintain and manage inventories of International Traffic Arms Regulation (ITAR) regulated items, repair parts from Acquisition to Disposition and provide regular status reports to senior Management. Coordinates communication across all internal departments and functional areas. Interacts with all levels of management providing updates of progress, potential concerns, etc. Performs other duties as assigned including supporting other members of the department with workload during absences or vacation.
