I was with Minerva for more than ten years. At Minerva, I entitled more than 30 residential communities and 2,000 homes, and I analyzed countless other sites.Company: Minerva is a private, midsized real estate investment company that has been active in Atlanta for more than 3 decades.Projects: My work ranged from detached single-family and townhome communities to mid-rise condos and the adaptive reuse of a historic church. I worked in a dozen municipalities inside and outside the perimeter.Role: As Zoning Director, my role started early in the land acquisition process with zoning analysis, due diligence, site planning, and leading the consultant team. I obtained the entitlements (rezonings, LDPs, and plats), directed the creation of the HOA covenants, and coordinated with other team functions throughout the project cycle (Acquisitions/Dispositions, Site Development, Construction, Sales/Marketing, etc.).Other Experience: Prior to joining Minerva, I worked for 3 years in symphony hall development, housing policy, and economic development policy.
