Responsible for site identification (both rural and urban), Heads of Terms and Lease negotiations, design and town planning input and ultimate site delivery to major UK clients.Upon the implementation of the "Cornerstone" consolidation agreement between Vodafone Ltd. and Telefonica Ltd., heavy involvement in auditing existing Leases to ascertain the feasibility of the core Cornerstone objective, reaching appropriate dual user design solutions and reaching commercially satisfactory agreements with existing Landlords.
