Utilizing a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members in decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status. Areas of focus include weight management, exercise, nutrition, stress management, and tobacco cessation.Also serving as the office Wellness Champion. Duties include: organizing flu shot clinics and health screenings, promoting company wide wellness initiatives and creating local wellness initiatives.

Supervising and monitoring exercise participants. Performing fitness assessments, determining exercise prescriptions, and designing workout programs for a diverse population, including a variety of high risk clientele. Providing one-on-one consulting, training and motivation. Design & Implementation of incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs. Instruction of group exercise classes. Performing administrative tasks associated with facility operations.

Responsible for developing and implementing specialized exercise regimens for a clients. Ensuring the fitness program meets the needs of the client and may include elements such as physical fitness, nutrition, cardiovascular training, and weight training. Offers guidance and support to clients in order to achieve their goals.
