Worked as the Assistant Producer for Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'hoole. Key tasks include coordinating team meetings, following up on outstanding bugs, tasks and requests and managing assets and localization. While undertaking this role, I have liaised with the Production and Quality Assurance staff at Warner Bros,created release schedules for the various SKU deliverables, and audited our in-house project management toolset and pipelines. In the studio, I maintained effective communication within the development team, and across departments into disciplines such as Cinematics and Quality assurance. I am proud to have worked with Robin Smith to ensure that all deliverables were submitted on time, and under budget.

I assisted the Cutscene Director, by scheduling cinematic deliverables, based on when game assets would be made available from the game schedules. While working in this role, I liaised with several game development teams, and scheduled my resources based on their milestones.My tasks included following up requests made by the Cutscene Artists, and tracking defects entered into Test Track Pro. I would organise meetings with the Creative Director of Krome Studios, and from his feedback, I would assign task to my colleagues. I resolved several disputes between team members professionally and elegantly.

Key Responsibilities Assisted the Producer with coordinating the project.Ensured that all audio received from the publisher was named in the format required for the Audio department, and documented accordingly.Assisted Project Leads with other tasks. Achievements Successfully performed this role and that of the Cutscene Coordinator role simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Completed TRCs and Test Plans for Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft consoles.Found, regressed and logged defects. Achievements Called upon by the programmers on development teams to assist them in replicating defects.
