Estimated projects range from small service jobs to $ 8 milliondollar projects. Projects have included re-roofing, new construction, service work, T &M's and waterproofing for private and public clients. Have helped develop new electronicestimating programs and platforms. Worked with Apple and PC computers including programssuch as, Lotus, Lotus notes, sametime, excell and word perfect programs. Was responsiblefor material quotations and labor pricing. Worked with corporate purchasing department aswell as vendors and suppliers to receive best possible pricing and information. Otherduties include: project management jobwalks, setting up subcontractors and subcontracts,submittal process and job/bid file collections and continuity. Work well with RegionalManagers, sales managers, superintendents, national Account managers and administrationand office personel. Have attended operations weekly meetings. Have had Sales trainingclasses from inside company.
