As a senior member of the Infrastructure Systems and Services team, duties include building, managing, and maintaining HDR’s corporate virtual server and desktop environments, comprised of 70+ servers hosting almost 1000 virtual servers and desktops, working with other members of HDR’s ITG team to ensure system and application availability. Other duties include working with vendors to acquire and replace equipment, pilot testing and deploying new systems, budgetary analysis, providing technology guidance to admin staff at HDR’s field offices, and mentoring new members of the team.

Responsible for the security and availability of all IT assets within RemitPro's corporate and production network, which processes tens of thousands of RDC transactions per day.Routinely work directly with management to develop budgets and manage IT acquisitions and expenses. Consult with application developers and customer support staff to address capacity and security topics for new and existing products. As Information Security Officer, duties include developing business and IT policies and data-security practices for RemitPro employees, performing security audits, and creating documentation such as operation manuals, DR strategies, and security awareness training programs.In late 2010, planned and executed the transition of RemitPro’s corporate offices to a new location and network infrastructure. In 2011, designed and deployed a new virtualized production data center using Cisco, Dell, and VMware technologies; a project completed on budget and one month before deployment. A DR site deployment is planned for 2012.

Designed and implemented a Goldmine CMS marketing and sales tracking system that distributed digital marketing media to all customers, a system adopted by other dealers around the country. Piloted the first automated route-management and delivery system used by independent office supply dealers.
