• Established (from the ground up) and led Workforce Strategy organization (60+ staff):o Workforce Operations – Unified 4 different headcount request processes under a single team/toolset. Developed automated emails to ensure requestors are up to date on the progress of their requests and automated ~30 checks to ensure base details are accurate. This was expanded across all Citi Operations and Technology functions.o Workforce Reporting – Combined disparate data sources across vendor management, recruiting, financial planning, headcount requests and employee data to create comprehensive workforce reporting in a suite of tools. Functionality was expanded across Citi to all of Operations and Technology.o Workforce Solutions – Defined and implemented ad hoc solutions to extend the capabilities of the team to address emerging workforce needs.Example: Automated database loads of Chief of Staff files that calculate and display financial results in Tableau as a live connection – ensuring financial and headcount targets for resource re-allocations are met. o Workforce Governance – Ensured all workforce is aligned with a cost center within their management structure, COB plans defined and up to date, defined and implemented the global location strategy, ensured each site has the appropriate support.o Workforce Planning – Partnered with each business unit to provide a regular review of key organizational health metrics, discuss workforce related goals / projects and plan for future workforce needs based on the book of work.
