A role that I have undertaken part time alongside my studies in embroidery and printing different styles of accessories and clothing, ranging from school uniform to workwear. The role has required maintaining quality standards at a maximum, as well as keeping to strict deadlines. I have built from my roles in sales beforehand, to establish and grow my customer service skills.

I was originally employed to be floor assistant which involved stock replenishment, and till service. I was then asked if I would take up the role of picking assistant which required picking orders to be sent out to busy customers and managing all paperwork that was required.
