I am currently Co-Director of Wolf Productivity Limited. David and myself started the company up when we learnt that Ford's Bridgend Engine Plant was to close. Although I started at Ford as an apprentice electrician in 1990 I finished with the company in the role of Launch Industrial Engineer, As I had spent the last 12yrs as an Industrial / forward planning launch process engineer I felt that with the training and experience I gained during these years would be a waste and that many companies would benefit from our skills.
