Daniel Dougherty is a Principal at Dynamic Engineering. He holds a license in Professional Engineering and is also a Certified Municipal Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Dougherty brings over 19 years of practical experience in commercial, residential, and industrial land development. Included within his areas of expertise are site grading, earthwork, utility infrastructure, stormwater management and water quality design, DEP permitting inclusive of Treatment Works Approvals, Flood Hazard Areas, Freshwater Wetlands, Coastal Areas, and Bureau of Safe Drinking Water. In addition, Mr. Dougherty is experienced with interpretation and application of the New Jersey Permit Extension Act (PEA) to subject permits.Mr. Dougherty is dedicated to full transparency with all of his projects.
