• Provide Product and Licening Support on an array of different Microsoft products.
• Assist SHI Outside Sales, Licensing Executives, and Managers with general licenisng and support issues.
• Assist Sales Represenatives with positioning their customers with business plans that best fit their needs and compliance with Microsoft products.
• Advise on agreement renewals, best course of action in terms of how to transition companies with outdated software and discontiued products.
• Assist with everyday Zero Usage True Up forms, CICR,s, RMA's, Media Subscriptions, Reshipments, and Invoice Inqueries.
• Assist with questions from the Microsoft Support Team Box

• Manage all day to day operations for AMI customer’s projects, reports, and purchases
• Recommend AMI solutions, hardware and software for customers based on their needs
• Responsible for managing customer websites, importing, updating, and troubleshooting meters on an AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Network
• Web page updates in HTML and MyPHP
• Generate reports for OS Commerce system.
• Responsible for adding and updating contacts in SalesForce database

• Created a system to organize back office paperwork to increase the efficiency of order processing
• Vendor relations, price negotiations, and facilitated meetings with vendors and staff to address and solve open issues
• Oversaw the daily operations at the Computer Store and our Warehouse for invoicing, ordering, and distribution of computers.
• Reconciliation of daily sales, pay vouchers and verify accuracy of pricing
• Job training of all sales associates/assistants on current features and compatibility for all software and hardware
• Sales assistance for students, staff, faculty, and college departments to ensure sound buying decisions and the long-term viability of equipment
