I am passionate about making an impact and making connections. Over 15 years experience in planning, coordinating and managing projects that aim to engage and build inclusive communities. From 2004 to 2015, I worked heavily with the immigrants and refugees in Ottawa. I transitioned into a national scope managing programs around youth leadership and their potential. I always maintained a local connection through my personal community health and engagement project called “Drop in Sports". Currently I am a Senior Project Officer with the CRA integrating diversity and inclusion into my role leading events and engagement. I am an International Business graduate from the University of Ottawa with strong project & event management skills. I have a curious and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. I have found that my experience travelling, studying, and working in other countries have significantly shaped my perspectives and passion around creating inclusive and welcoming communities.
