Production Operator
CurrentYasa is a company specialising in electric motors for luxury vehicles. I have been a production operative at Yasa for over 3 years, in that time I have had some team leadership experience, along with leasing with various managers fairly high up in the company ranks about various things to do with either the product or the line. Been involved in the design of tooling for various products, been involved in writing work instructions as well as creating some of the processes that became work instructions, been asked for my opinion on product improvements, leased with customers on occasion, being involved in machine improvements and diagnosis of issues, training other operatives as well as my regular duties of manufacturing the stators for the motors.
