He regularly protects the interests of employers in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies, defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, breach of employment contract, and race, age, gender, and disability discrimination. Dan has defeated claims of employment discrimination in jury trials, arbitrations, federal and state agency investigations, and also through pre-trial motions. He also assists his clients in general liability and commercial litigation matters.Dan is active in both state and national bar associations. He currently serves as a Director of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association, and was the organization's President from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, he is a Director of the National Italian-American Bar Association, and a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations.A cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
