Dan has defeated claims of employment discrimination in jury trials, arbitrations, federal and state agency investigations, and also through pre-trial motions. He also assists his clients in general liability and commercial litigation matters.Dan is active in both state and national bar associations. He currently serves as a Director of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association, and was the organization's President from 2015 to 2018.
