Development and qualification of suppliers for new build and repair Steam Turbine, Generator, and Gas Turbine components. Perform QS Audits prior to initiating qualifications to ensure supplier possess the correct credentials and systems to become a supplier. Perform 1st Article, In Process, and Sourcing inspections on parts during the manufacturing process. Plan, organize and facilitate Product, Process and Qualification (PPQ), (PPAP) events. Review all documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to customer requirements. Facilitate Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEAs) and implement subsequent action items to mitigate the risk of potential failure modes. Facilitate and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8 D, 5 Why, Corrective Action and Preventative Actions (CAPA), with the goal of identifying the true root causes and implementing actions to prevent these causes. Create, edit, and review procedures for the proper content. Microsoft Office expert. Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO18001, as well as AS 9000.
