Managing a team of 4 Account Managers, supporting 100+ Hotels in Europe, my primary objective was to ensure that our client Hotels were receiving the optimum level of service.

As Account Manager I was responsible for the company's Hotel accounts in the UK, Spain & Italy which amounted to some 45 Hotel clients. Quarterly Business reviews and system performance reports were a important part of my role as well as dealing with any support or service requests coming in from the Hotels on an ongoing basis.
