Mr. Gainer is a professional geologist and a Certified Safety Manager with over 35 years of environmental, construction, dredging, wetland reclamation and demolition project management experience with industry and Government. The majority of his experience has been in hazardous waste with extensive experience RCRA, CERCLA and major petroleum sites in 28 states, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Experience includes project/construction management, investigations, project planning/design, waste management, remediation, dredging, sub-aqueous capping,demolition, health and safety and water resources, reclamation of abandoned surface mines and closure of a uranium mine. He has twice been a National Program Manager for industrial and government programs, General Manager of an engineering office and a Regional Director of Remediation and he speaks Spanish. Oversight of startup & construction/operation of 5K GPM water treatment during the 24/7 dredging of 245,000 yd3. Constructed/operated on-site landfill. • On-Site PM on a $75 million dredging project on the Ashtabula River, OH. 24/7 dredging operations, 726,000 yd3 sediments.• Onsite PM-$15MM river/wetland dredging/capping/restoration project in New England• Onsite PM of $9MM multi-layer sub-aqueous river cap on Kanawha River Superfund Site in WV• Onsite PM of $9MM CERCLA landfill capping site in central FL• On-Site PM $6.5 million demolition/dredging of a marine site in NJ.• RCRA/CERCLA/Sediment experience-US & Puerto Rico
