Colleagues describe him as "I’ve known Dan since 1997 - we actually started at TRMG on the same day, where he quickly went up the structure of the company to become our ad director. I think the consensus is that I was the most challenging part of his career! He took a dyslexic panel beater from the workshop floor to a successful career in advertising. We all saw him walk the tightrope of managing out team and our weird individual idiosyncrasies bringing the best out of us on an individual basis while balancing the demands of the company owners which were sometimes nothing less than insane.
