I’ve spent the last 23 years in sales, customer service and account management. The most recent 13 years has been in recruitment. I’ve worked for the largest agency in Europe and some of the smallest, and in many different roles, finally working my way to Commercial and Development Director.My current role also allows me to run the charity, ensure staff wellbeing is supported, continually up-skill staff so they feel valued, maintain our trajectory and balance it with sustainable growth. I’ve been told I’m assiduous and effervescent and happy with that assessment! If enthusiasm is contagious then a big part of my job is be the conduit. I want people to know they can come to me anything and they’ll get a candid and honest response.
