In 2002 I formed Concept Services, a leader in new business development, digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM design and implementation. I started Concept in the basement of my home and we grew to over 100 employees. As a business owner, I have first-hand experience in developing efficient and effective sales processes and operations. I have managed all aspects of business including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and HR. I have in-depth experience in managing key personnel and driving effective communication throughout business units. In November of 2019, I appointed my son Jeff as President of Concept. In December of 2019, I formed Dan Harsh & Associates. Dan Harsh & Associates helps small to mid-sized companies improve sales by improving sales structures, sales focus, processes, personnel, and more. Dan Harsh & Associates also produces a podcast called Bifocal.
