Go-Live was achieved on-time and under budget for this $1.2 million implementation.Golden Gate Bridge: Solution architect for the Work Management portion of a $2 million Maximo implementation for Golden Gate's three divisions: Transit (Bus), Ferry and the Golden Gate Bridge. A highlight of the implementation was the Transit Authority's Automated Fuel Management System. Based on vehicle diagnostics, collected wirelessly during fuelling operations, the system red flags and prohibits a vehicle from being released back to the fleet. It also triggers preventive maintenance in a timely fashion, allowing maintenance managers to schedule labor and materials efficiently, reducing operations cost as well as impact to Golden Gate's service level commitments.Staten Island Ferry: Harnessed maritime expertise and recently acquired Enterprise Asset Management skills to translate physical assets (ship's engines and navigation equipment) into a logical Asset Hierarchy for Staten Island Ferry's Computerized Maintenance Management System.
