Attend coating inspecton including PSPC inspecton for WBT, issue NCR or internal claim report, update daily report and submit vessel delivery report to the company, assist team leader to coordinate internal and external affair etc. The inspection mainly includes surface pre-treatment, blasting, power tooling, overcoating, and final inspection for coating. Some of the related tests will also be conducted in accordance with the standard. As a coating advisor we are also a representative of our company, so maintain a good relationship with ship owner and ship yard is a must.

1. Semi-product testing, Trouble-shooting, Lab supervision in the production, Color adjusting, Dilution set maintenance for Data color. 2. Raw material evaluation and new product development for coil coating system.
