Payments Transformation

The Process Transformation program is a collaboration across technology and operations that delivers tactical and strategic automation and process optimization capabilities throughout Bank of America. The core capabilities include robotics automation, data visualization and analytics tools, task and process mining. The program has a mature governance model and economies of scale which enable quick to market development that meets all compliance and enterprise change management requirements.

Responsible for the full lifecycle of the US listed option trade from the moment after trade execution through settlement. Support multiple lines of business, professional traders, institutional and retail clients for three broker dealers: Bank of America Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. and Merrill Lynch Professional Clearing Corp. US listed option clearing subject matter expert. Liaise with clients, brokers, exchanges, counter-parties, internal and external technology, compliance and account management / client service teams to deliver outstanding option lifecycle event management from the moment of trade execution through settlement.

Within Global Technology & Operations, primary responsibility was managing risk for Bank of America as it relates to third parties within the trade execution space including listed equity, options and futures exchanges, algo providers & front end trading platforms across the US & Canada

Manage and provide support for US listed option clearing, lifecycle events, trade allocations and reconciliations. Liaise with clients, brokers, exchanges, counter-parties, internal and external technology, compliance and account management / client service teams to deliver outstanding option lifecycle event management from the moment of trade execution through settlement.

Merrill Lynch Professional Options Clearing and Balancing

Provide a variety of products and services to financial institutions and property management companies; assist in streamlining processes in Mortgage, Consumer, Home Equity, Operations/Membership/DDA, and Collections.Work with current customers and prospects to develop solutions to fit their changing needs. This has become especially important with the regulatory changes the industry has seen over the past 5 years.

Currently working here on the weekends. - Process management- P&L analysis- Inventory and cost analysis- Marketing- Face to face customer interactionBuild relationships with each and every customer to ensure satisfaction and repeat business - have worked in both the front and back of house operations and have experience in nearly every facet of restaurant operations.

Participated in VORTEX 2 (Verification of the Origins of Rotation in Tornadoes Experiment) through SUNY Oswego Storm Chasers. Worked alongside leading scientists and researchers to assist with scientific data collection from supercell thunderstorms. In field experience of three weeks consisting of 18+ hour days. Responsibilities included implementing, measuring, analyzing and forwarding data collected from upper air profiles to assist with project locations .
