Final solution encompassed Production Execution, ERP Integration, Finished Goods traceability, and work flow validation at various plant floor work centers.Senior MES Consultant on two separate projects in the Nonwovens industry for a fully integrated MES solution that included Production Execution, Material Tracking as well as quality/defect analysis and Production Scheduling.Provided consulting, development, and project management services for a global consumer products corporation for the design, implementation, and multi-site roll out of a standardized fully integrated MES solution that was focused on a Batch Execution process.

Primary responsibilities involved working with various customers assisting with MES solutions that were utilizing the Proficy Plant Applications platform. Tasks initially included commissioning and start-up assistance which later evolved into consulting for solution design and improvements.Key Achievements:Involved as a lead resource in a global roll-out of a Proficy Plant Applications solution that was related to Papermaking. Two year effort that spanned multiple Sites and Papermaking Lines. Included as part of the roll-out efforts were streamlining tasks and solution improvements that had a positive impact on the implementation schedule.

Supporting the Offshore Oil and Gas industry with respect to the Controls System platform as a Senior Service Engineer. Specific roles included startup and commissioning assistance for two offshore oil & gas projects, one of which was a Floating Production, Storage, & Offloading platform manufactured in Korea and delivered to St. John’s NF.Key Achievements:Transitioning from a Control Systems role to a Manufacturing Executions System role by becoming the Site Lead responsible for the Engineering, installation, and commissioning of the Management Information System for the FPSO.

Led start-up, commissioning, and process improvement initiatives in the Process Control department at two pulp and paper manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. Held roles as Senior Process Control Engineer, Project Lead (Controls), and Control Systems Superintendent. Focused on training local teams and driving design improvements to streamline operations across RGM facilities.Key Achievements:• Riau Andalan site: • Led process control efforts during the commissioning of a 2500-tonne/day fiber line, including 12 Batch Digesters, 2 Washing & Screening lines, and 2 Bleach lines. • Implemented a controls strategy enhancement that resolved a recurring equipment issue, recovering over 3000 tonnes of monthly pulp production.• Indorayon site: • Developed an automated scheduling strategy for 8 batch digesters, stabilizing operations, improving steam demand management, and breaking production records within weeks of implementation. • Led the in-house design and delivery of control systems for an expansion project, including new digesters, heat recovery, and water treatment systems—eliminating the need for costly external consultants.
