In a two year time period, the 7 man maintenance crew, through focused extensive preventative maintenance, reduced the emergency repair maintenance from 84% to 7% of their time. Hopkins is a $17M, 375 employee company producing automotive aftermarket products for Wal-Mart & Auto Zone, with extensive injection molding and assembly activities. Office equipment acquisition and maintenance (New IBM System 38 mainframe, UPS, phone system and voice processing equipment, negotiated maintenance agreements on above, plus.)
