    Currently acting as project/program manager working within the environmental remediation division. Presently managing the Blanket Purchase Agreement program guiding call orders from the initial stages of working with the customer to integrate customer requirements and contractor adherence to guidelines of BPA program, and all components of creating and following a comprehensive management plan from cradle to grave of BPA call orders. This includes receiving and screening of call orders to assure QA/QC and adherence to program guidelines, reviewing requests for proposal and determining and writing technical analyses for best quality lowest price award utilizing a pool of small disadvantaged 8(a) businesses. Throughout, scheduling guidelines and document reviews are conducted to assure compliance to project directives and Army/Air Force regulations and guidelines. Receive and review monthly or quarterly progress reports, receive and review invoices, and sign off for payment. Similar assigned projects and responsibilities include managing IDIQ Task Orders and FUDS projects. BPA call orders are primarily NEPA projects, including call orders specific to environmental assessments, biological assessments, and environmental baseline surveys.Other duties include special assignment to a pilot program through USACE and IMCOM. Responsibilities involve being on an EARLI team at the NWO office whose responsibilities include reviewing releases in the Federal Register and other federal program notification sources for the purpose of anticipating future impacts and effects of new and revised federal and local government policy, rulings, and laws on the Army mission. Personal responsibilities include review of notifications and announcements regarding biological, cultural, and physical sciences including GIS and remote sensing, for first line reviews that are utilized by IMCOM for consideration during upper management decision making.
