This includes training guides on how to trouble shoot applications and install specific software. - Documents any changes in equipment inventory through our Configuration Management Database to accurately reflect current equipment availability and replace end-of-life equipment. - Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation by providing technical consultation afterhours to help maintain hospital operations. - Acts as a project manager for assignments related to PC refresh projects, departmental upgrades, and office moves by working closely with the end-user to evaluate their needs and anticipate any potential challenges. - Attends monthly informational seminars to stay current with software and application updates and any future information system projects.
