I have advised Delaware corporations with respect to routine and extraordinary issues and transactions involving corporate governance and the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, including fiduciary duties, charter and bylaw amendments, director and officer liability and indemnification, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, divestitures, declaration of dividends, stockholder proposals, correction of organizational and corporate record-keeping irregularities, and entity formation, conversion, domestication and dissolution. I have prepared Delaware legal opinions in connection with securitizations and other structured finance transactions, stock issuances, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and divestitures.

I mentored groups of freshmen and upperclassmen living in Hamilton College House (now known as Rodin College House, also formerly known as High Rise North) during my time as a student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

During the summer following my first year of law school, I worked as a summer law clerk in the commercial law unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department. I drafted and reviewed a wide variety of legal documents, including licenses, HIPPA compliance proposals, indemnification agreements, deed restrictions, competitive bids and eviction letters.
