Computer Sciences Corp. - Children’s Hospital Los AngelesApplication Development Manager – Human Capital Management • Responsibility for the day to day activities, guidance and mentoring of the HCM team at USC’s Children’s Hospital (CHLA). Management of capital and operating budgets as well as ongoing development projects using HCM and PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Portal. Managing a staff of 20+ FTE’s in three locations.• Primary point of contact with the customer, vendors and other offshore business partners. Experienced with PeopleSoft’s Human Resources Suite 8.3SP1 (HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Portal 8.4, e-Recruit , Mgr. Desktop, e-Comp, e-Profile, ePay, e-Development, e-Benefits), Time & Labor.Also provide additional Project Management for PeopleSoft’s 8.4 Financial Suite (GL, AP, FA), Supply-Chain Suite (Purchasing, MM, e-Procurement).• Duties include the development of the overall business process reengineering effort to establish common processes across the Hospital incorporating all Patient Care systems into the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal.• Accomplishments include limiting system modifications to less than 10 percent,Implementing standard processes and included the use of manager / employee self service modules to the entire CHLA staff.
