I am a servant-leader. I encourage and work with people to help them excel in their lives spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I also lead by example, working along side others to enable them to achieve their goals and successes in their lives. I have functioned as a mentor, team leader and volunteer coordinator in Tanzania and Kenya. My responsibilities included assembling teams of missionaries, national partners, and volunteers as well as leading, training and coordinating these teams, and organizing all logistics concerning the teams, their dynamics, in-country travel, lodging, as well as managing the budgets and finances for these teams. I have taught Theological Education by Extension classes in a variety of settings as well as seminary upgrade classes at the International Baptist Theological Seminary of East Africa (now known as Mount Meru University). I have served as an associate pastor and pastor in the USA as well as worked a variety of jobs with various companies in various locations. I strive to do whatever ever it takes to do the best job possible wherever I am as well as motivate, encourage, and help others to do the same so that they may excel at their jobs and positions. Working together as a team is the goal. The best results are achieved in a team effort where all contribute to the final successful results.
