Dan has gained thirty-six years of management experience in the waste industry with BFI and WM, two of the largest publicly held waste companies in the US, and has additional management experience with EnviroSolutions (ESI), InterMountain Waste & Recycling and Monument Waste Services, each being privately held waste companies. Dan has served in many roles, starting at the back of a truck, to field management, to senior management and owner / partner in several private owned waste companies and has a very successful reputation and standing in the waste and recycle community. Currently retired, Dan served as the President & CEO for Monument Waste Services of Colorado Collection and Transfer Station Operations, and S-Road Facility Landfill (Mack, Colorado)From 2009 through 2016 Dan was the Managing Partner of InterMountain Waste & Recycling, a waste and recycling collection company with services from Aspen to Glenwood Springs to Rifle, Colorado.From 2004 through 2009 Dan held the position of Vice President of Operations for EnviroSolutions, Inc. (ESI)• Part of successful team that lead ESI from a startup company to a fully integrated $200-MM collection, rail based transfer and landfill company with 350 employees operating across 5 states and the District of Columbia.From 1999 through 2003 Dan served Division Vice President for Waste Management's Western Slope of Colorado Division with responsibilities for hauling, recycling, waste transfer and landfill operations.• Received 2001 “Circle of Excellence” award for manager of the year from Waste Management for outstanding financial improvement and continued excellence in customer satisfaction.BFI - Division Vice President from 1998 - 1999 overseeing all Colorado hauling operations.BFI - Division Vice President from 1996 - 1998 responsible for the Western Slope of Colorado hauling operations.• Received CEO recognition for customer service initiative program, which later became a part of the Cornerstone Foundation program for BFI customer service program.BFI -District Manager from 1986 - 1996, Wyoming and Northern Colorado operations.Specialties: Operations Management - Acquisitions
