I've been in IT for the past 25 years. I have shown success in multiple roles within my current company including the past 11 years in managing an incredible team of 10-20 which included support and upgrades of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Skype, Office, and Cisco A/V meeting rooms. Other experiences include internal IT audits, leading a team for deployments of open source testing tools, and code development.
