Since 1987, the roots of Lx4 began to take shape. Dan began by working in the commercial building and renovation industry while developing masters level expertise in electrical and communication infrastructures. During this period, he also found a passion for developing, building and renovating classic homes along the Main Line. Prior training in roofing and siding, framing and finish carpentry with extensive hands-on experience in site work and excavation, concrete, drywall, HVAC and plumbing enhanced his depth of knowledge and craftsmanship. This created the firm foundation of Lx4 Inc.
