Responsible for overseeing 4 maintenance supervisors, maintenance crew of 9 mechanical repairers, 6 electrical repairers, 3 die cell workers, 1 co-op student, and 1 crib attendant.Responsibilities include maintaining primary plant equipment such as a 4000 ton hydraulic press forge, GFM rotary forge, 21 individual reheat and homogenization furnaces and secondary equipment such as large grinders, saws, gantry and overhead cranes, various welders, pumps, cooling towers, fork trucks, and a multitude of other equipment.Took lead on furnace specification compliance with AMS2750E. Responsible for the on-time calibration of furnace control and monitoring instruments, thermocouple management, and temperature uniformity surveys.
