(Enid, OK - Nov. 2016 to March of 2017); Migrated 1 plant from PMC 2000 to MP2 (Cincinnati, OH - Feb. 2017)Implemented MP2 at 2 plants with no legacy data. (Amherst, OH - Nov 2015 and Caseyville, IL - Oct 2016)Helped Implement Sarbanes-Oxley for MP2 after AdvancePierre Foods went public. Capital Appropriations Request (CAR)and Approval. – This work space was requested by the VP of manufacturing to eliminate paper, standardize and simplify the approval process and improve overall visibility of capital expenses. It was eventually implemented throughout the entire company. Documented current as is approval process for all levels of spending.Replicated CAR form and added approval route for workflow approval functionality.
