Program Manager for CMMS software (MP2) used at 10 plants under Tyson Cincinnati (AdvancePierre Foods). Helped transition integration between MP2 and JD Edwards to MP2 and SAP. Completed project started during Tyson / APF transition. Lead integration project between MP2 and Financial system known as JD Edwards for the Claremont version of MP2 in order to standardize data and the processes in preparation for transition from JDE to SAP. Implemented MP2 at new Vineland Manufacturing facility, which went live on time at the beginning of 2018.

Program Manager for MP2 used at 2 of the manufacturing facilities when I first started. Implemented MP2 at 7 manufacturing facilities of the course of 4 years (6 plants in 4 months). Ran several integration and software implementation project during this period. Project Manager - Catalyst WMS implementation; Relabeled entire cold storage warehouse (16,600+ bin locations); Installed new Wi-Fi network to improve use of wireless devices.; Procured new handheld and truck mount computers and additional printers; Oversaw EDI changes to customers and 3PL’s (Public Warehouses); Oversaw the testing and training of warehouse personnel; Implemented Loftware for Barcode label printing used in WMS; Integration between Catalyst WMS and Ross ERP system; Program Manager for CMMS software (MP2); Migrated 4 plants and 1 DC from Ross ERP to MP2. (Enid, OK - Nov. 2016 to March of 2017); Migrated 1 plant from PMC 2000 to MP2 (Cincinnati, OH - Feb. 2017)Implemented MP2 at 2 plants with no legacy data. (Amherst, OH - Nov 2015 and Caseyville, IL - Oct 2016)Helped Implement Sarbanes-Oxley for MP2 after AdvancePierre Foods went public. Project Manager / Designer of 2 work spaces in Footprints by BMC; Incident Management Workspace – Originally designed to replace a database in Lotus Notes for the Portland Facility, this workspace soon got implemented across all of the APF plants. Used to record incidents related to Injury/Near misses/ Property Damage / Process Safety Management. Capital Appropriations Request (CAR)and Approval. – This work space was requested by the VP of manufacturing to eliminate paper, standardize and simplify the approval process and improve overall visibility of capital expenses. It was eventually implemented throughout the entire company. Documented current as is approval process for all levels of spending.Replicated CAR form and added approval route for workflow approval functionality.

Lead and participated in various high-profile projects after Barber Foods was acquired by AdvancePierre Foods. Managed / lead projects dealing with systems integration, software implementation and system upgrades. Managed Vendor support for the applications that I was responsible for – PLM, MP2, Optiva and Factelligence (MES)• PLM Upgrade (Oracle Agile PLM) from Version 6.0 to Version 6.2 (Sep 2012 – Jan 2013)• Project Manager – Integration between PLM and Ross ERP (Jul 2013 – Jul 2014) o Designed and documented integration for Material specs to Ross Parts, Packaging specs to Ross parts, Formulation specs to Ross Recipes and Trade specs to Ross Finished Good parts. o Implemented Material Specs and Packaging Specs portion of the project.

Managed 4 individuals during this time who supported the 10 plants for APF and were located at various plants across the country.• Project Blueprint Prelim– 1 of 4-member team to visit all APF manufacturing facilities and gather requirements for an ERP system. After compiling requirements, we developed a presentation to present to the senior leadership team of AdvancePierre Foods. (Oct 2011 – Nov 2011)• Project Blueprint Implementation – Re-implemented Ross ERP @ 5 plants already running Ross. Migrated 3 plants running Prism to Ross and migrated 1 plant (Barber Foods) running SAP to Ross. (Dec 2011 – Nov 2012) o Trained and supported plants during and immediately after Go Live. o Lead the migration effort from SAP to Ross, Extracting 90%+ of the manufacturing data from SAP for import into Ross.

Responsible for all applications in the Manufacturing areas of the business: SAP - PPPI, QM, MM and WM; MES - Factelligence; Maintenance Management - MP2; Prod. Dev. - Optiva and All data communications to/from controls network. Tasked with converting the Portland manufacturing facility into a ‘Smart’ Plant. Worked with a vendor to develop a Roadmap for the future plant.

Implemented WM to support new warehouse startup (Freezer, cooler and dry goods storage); Flexible planning to support the S&OP process; Redesigned the QM module to support the changes in the department. Work with consultant to implement MRP functionality in SAP.

Upgraded PRISM ERP for Y2K. Migrated from Prism ERP to SAP in 7 months. Supported the following SAP modules: MM, PPPI, and QM. Integrated MES (Factelligence) to SAP using Seeburger as an EAI tool for data translation.

Developed EDI program for Barber starting with 3PL work using 940, 945, 943 and 944 T-sets. Implemented entire customer order-to-cash process for EDI. Integrated PRISM ERP to Lotus Notes to allow faxing of Invoices for small customers and brokers that were not using EDI to allow for 100% automation of the Invoice process.

Supported applications on the AS/400. Tested and Implemented DCCS – Warehouse management system with automated picking. Designed, coded and implemented new Order Entry system for the footwear customer service team.

Worked in various areas of sales reporting. Helped implement a warehouse management system for an apparel/footwear facility.

Managed a small IT shop for a manufacturing division of Etonic Tretorn. Responsible for moving the datacenter from the Auburn factory to the Richmond factory after the Auburn plant closed. Automated and simplified all DP procedures allowing me to move to corporate and eliminate this position.

Supported all aspect of Manufacturing (Shoe / Foot ware). Worked on vacation and year-end payroll systems for in-house payroll system.
